Order Fulfillment

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Frontrowsport.com ships via UPS within the United States.  Orders are shipped Mon-Friday.

 

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 before applicable taxes.

 

Standard Shipping

A flat standard shipping rate of $19.99 is applied to all orders under $99.99 before applicable taxes.

Standard Shipping delays will vary between 2 to 9 days depending on location.


Frontrowsport.com cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Frontrowsport.com does not accept international orders.

 

Priority Shipping

At this time Frontrowsport.com does not offer priority shipping

 

In-store Pickup

In-store pickup orders currently are available for pickup at our West Seneca location.  Orders placed before 2pm will be available for pickup same day.  Orders placed after 2pm will be available for next day pickup.

RETURN POLICY

 

Online Return Policy

To assure you are fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Frontrowsport.com, you may return an item within 30 days following the reception of your order for a full refund minus initial shipping costs. Please note, no exchanges are accepted, products must be returned for a refund only if deemed unsatisfactory.

The item must be returned in perfect condition, unused and unworn, in its original packaging and with any paperwork, parts and/or accessories it came with to ensure a refund (a product considered in perfect condition will have all its labels and tags still attached to the item).

You must contact Customer Care at 716-674-4588 or [email protected] in order to initiate your return and to get all the required information and forms to complete your return.

If you need to return an item after 30 days, please contact Customer Care at 716-674-4588 or [email protected] and a Customer Care representative will be happy to assist you.

The Front Row Sport Online Return Policy applies only to purchases made on frontrowsport.com.

A proof of purchase is mandatory to initiate any return process.

 

Return Exemptions

Certain products are exempt to our Online Return Policy.
Exemptions are as follows:

For hygienic reasons;
all base layers, undergarment, jock straps, non-medical face coverings, and mouth guards are not eligible for a return.

Skate Modifications;
Sharpened and/or custom fitted skates are not eligible for a return. Do not sharpen or custom fit your skates until you are certain your purchase is final.

Stick Modifications;
Returns are not accepted for tapped hockey sticks or cut-down (sized) hockey sticks.

Return Instructions

To initiate a return you must contact Customer Care at 716-674-4588 or [email protected]. A Customer Care representative will initiate your return, supply you with all required information for your return and generate a custom return label for your use.

To ensure a refund, pack the unused/unworn item(s) securely in its original packaging and include all paperwork, parts and accessories that came with your item. Remove any old external shipping labels from the exterior of your original packaging BEFORE sending your return shipment.

 

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We recommend that you use an insured and traceable shipping method for your return package and that you keep the return tracking number for your records. We will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages.

To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of the order date. The postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date.

You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s).

Defective Item

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact Customer Care at 716-674-4588 or [email protected]. You must contact Customer care BEFORE attempting to return the item to avoid any associated shipping fees. Failure to contact Customer Care prior to shipping the item to be returned, will result in the sender being responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please prepare a detailed description and provide supporting photographs of the damage or defect before contacting Customer Care to help describe the issue.

 

Wrong Item, Color, or Size

Should Frontrowsport.com ship you an incorrect item, please contact Customer Care at 716-674-4588 or [email protected]. You must contact Customer care BEFORE attempting to return the item to avoid any associated shipping fees. Failure to contact Customer Care prior to shipping the item to be returned, will result in the sender being responsible for all return shipping charges.

 

Exchanging an Item

Please note, no exchanges are accepted, products must be returned for a refund only if deemed unsatisfactory and a new replacement order must be placed. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the item by following our Return Instructions and order a new item at frontrowsport.com.

 

Product Warranties
